A natural surface trail circles the 6.5 acres of land around the house. It goes gradually down a hill on switch backs and then follows along the side of two different creeks which join on the property. The circle trail is 1/3 of a mile long and passes under 3 pergolas, one at the entrance, and 2 on either side of the driveway. It stays on the property the entire way. A side trail leads to park land and the Seneca Creek Greenway Trail .

(Video of the 1/3 mile circle trail within the property. I tried to show the entire length of the trail in only a 4 minute video, without sacrificing the majestic beauty of the property (I think I made a fair compromise?)
